Windows 11 Wireless Network Adapter is forcefully being turned off and i can't turn it back on unless i shut down my computer and turn it on after 5 mins

This problem happens to me at random times.After turning up the computer and waiting 2-3 mins the network adapter turns itself off and i cannot turn it back on, I have to either delete the wifi driver and shut down or i have to shut down and wait 5 mins. Can anyone help me fix this problem? (Wifi adapter's name is MediaTek Wi-Fi MT7921 Wireless LAN Card)
