Windows 10 won't let me copy my jpeg picture after recent update

After Windows updated on my computer, it won't let me copy my Jpeg files to another program like excel. Also in excel, it keeps telling me that they can't copy the content to the clipboard because it's in use by another application. I don't have any other application open.
