Windows 11 Work email account issue

I am on my personal computer and trying to remove my work account and use my personal microsoft account and I am not able to login to OneDrive and keep getting the attached error message:Request Id: 7c6efb53-6354-4c56-80d8-14c50b4ca900 Correlation Id: 5ac59cd5-594d-4a7a-a850-1d55eb75a6c8 Timestamp: 2022-10-19T21:55:41Z Message: AADSTS500200: User account '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.
