Windows 11 Would a factory reset fix my Windows 11 drivers and brightness?

As it stands, I've been building a new computer and ever since I finished it, it's had some issues. Programs lagging, things being quite slow, display not having "brightness" in its settings, drivers not wanting to fully update to the latest versions.I have an MSI B550 vdh-pro wifi motherboard, that came with a CD to install things I might've needed for drivers and more. But, I could never get it all. Because this computer lacks a place for CDs in general and I turned for the MSI site for anything I might have needed, like a chipset driver, some msi hub and similar.
