Windows 11 Would anyone happen to know what is wrong with my PC? I can't update it (Update that's failing: Windows 11, version 23H2

Hi, everytime I try the update and restart option, it will get to 96-98% and then say something went wrong and it will go back to its original state, I've been having this problem for ages. If anyone would know what will help, I would greatly appreciate it.
