Hi. I was optimizing my laptop to get the most out of my games' quality. However, during one of my optimizations, I had to alter my network's properties, as well as install a Bitsum related program. My laptop used to run smoothly with no problems, but now, the frames are choppy, laggy, and Chrome won't open. I had two restore points prior to this, but neither of them work smoothly either. How do I fix this? Here are my specs
