Windows 11 WS2 Won't Work After Installing

Hello,I went into the ws2 files and delted them manually instead of using commands. I would like to use it again, and i installed it and i tried every step that i could now i'm thinking of reinstalling windows becuase ws2 won't work even when i installed it. And when i try to use "wsl" commands my computer says "The system cannot find the path specified.". I used terminal admin. My OS is Windows 11 Pro. Thanks,Fariz P
