Windows 10 WSL on windows 10 pro shows this error message %1 is not a valid Win32 application Error code: Wsl/0x800700c1

Hi,I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled WSL several times using the wsl --install command and I get the same error message.How can I fix it? Can you provide me with technical assistance?
