Windows 10 WSL2.0 randomly installed on computer after Windows Update

I have, literally no explanation. One day, I just updated Windows, it failed (nothing I can do to fix that, ignore that, that's not the issue, I've tried every fix, I just ignore it at this point), and now there's a stupid penguin on my desktop. I don't know HOW it installed, it's not enabled, it's not in the apps list, I can't open it, it's just there. And taking up storage. How do I get rid of this demon?
