Windows 11 WSL2 | Running without enabling "Virtual Machine Platform"

I've been insider from the days it was launched and tried out WSL as soon it was introduced. Continued experimenting it until Hyper-V started interfering with my choice of hypervisor Oracle VirtualBox.Now, after many years staying out, I read somewhere that I can use WSL2 without Virtual Machine Platform. I updated WSL, installed Oracle Linux 8.7 and currently using WSL2 on Windows 10 22H2 without enabling VPM & "used" it on Windows 11 24H2 just few hours ago, before I did something that started asking me to enable Virtual Machine Platform in order to start WSL :))How this is even possible
