Windows 11 X-box live error Message at startup of laptop

Bought a new laptop, and apparently it came with a free trial of x-box live, of which I have no interest. Problem is, every time I turn on my laptop, I have to wait for an error message from x-box live to pop up that takes up the entire screen, which I then have to close/x-out of. Then, I can go about whatever I need/want to do on my computer. All I want to see when I boot up my laptop is my desktop. How do I make those error messages stop appearing?!? It is maddening! Thank you SO much, in advance, for any help with this! I truly appreciate it!!
