Windows 11 Xbox game Bar capture audio delayed

I've been recording videos, all of them within 40 minutes to an hour, with gamedvr on windows 11.In each video, the audio seems to play before the video, for example, i hear the sound of opening a door before I actually do it in the video, same with opening chests and stuff like that.I heard that, with longer videos, I could do 60 fps, and that it should resolve the issue, which I'm still going to try, but I don't know if it'll fix anything.Any other answers are appreciated.
