Windows 10 Xbox Game Bar is not capturing for the full amount of time even it says it was recording

I used Xbox Game Bar to capture my meeting. During the whole meeting, I monitored it and it indicated that it was recording and I manually stopped it when finished. But when I checked the recording it only recorded 1/6 of the original amount of time.
