Windows 10 Xbox game bar records horrible buzzing noise even when mic is off.

Essentially the title. I'm trying to use the xbox game bar to record game footage, but whenever there's any sort of audio coming from the app being recorded, a loud buzzing noise is included in the recording, even when the microphone is turned off. Is this a software issue or a hardware one? And how would I fix this?Here is a video of the noise:
