Windows 10 Xbox game bar wont record but used to in the past

In the past when I tried recording with xbox game bar, it worked perfectly fine. When I got another card to put into my pc thats when xbox game bar stopped recording. I have terminated it, repaired it, uninstalled and reinstalled it, I looked up a tutorial on youtube, I even talked with two tech professionals and it still couldnt be fixed. I dont meet the requirements and I didnt meet the requirements in the past before the graphics card. I couldnt even run roblox on three graphics but I was still able to record.
