I have read someone else's question having the exact same problem from back in 2021 on windows 10 here but I have tried what was suggested in the thread and had no success. looking at my recordings it seems like the problem started on December 19th 2022 because I have 2 recordings on that day, one records my mic and the other doesn't. as the linked thread mentions, if recording settings is set to "all" my mic mutes itself in manual recordings and the "record last" feature. but if it is put to "game" then it doesn't record discord (as is intended). prior to recently it worked perfectly, but it
