Windows 11 Xbox keeps reappearing in taskbar even when unpinned.

Apps (Xbox and MSI Dragon Center) keep reappearing in my taskbar after I repeatedly unpin them. They appear again after restarting the PC. I thought it was a huge bug and would be solved with some updates, but no updates have helped neither has the problem been solved. I believe this question was asked before but I just need to know if it was answered before?
