Windows 11 Xbox One controler not working

I have Xbox one controller that I use wired for gaming. But it is not being recognized on my Windows 11 PC anymore. I run Developer Preview build(canary channel). PC makes sound when I plug USB in but it doesn't show up anywhere (device manager, settings, etc.) Xbox logo on controller doesn't illuminate. I tried controller on laptop with Windows 10 and it works fine so controller itself is ok.Any idea what is going on? I tried updating drivers in device manager. Xbox accessories app does not recognize my controller either.I'm on build 25352.1 zn_release
