Windows 11 Xbox Party chat not working. I can't talk to anyone

I've tried every possible thing I could think of or find, it's picking up my mic when I test it but when I hop into a party I can't hear anyone or say anything. Starting to think there's nothing I can do about it.Reinstalled it through multiple different waysChanged my audio input and output settings (Windows too)Made sure there's no device taking the audio (disabled all audio devices I'm not using)Gone into settings, tried repairing, resetting, etc..Restarted pc multiple timesEnded every task that could be involved in task managerSynchronizing my time/time zone through Windows SettingsRe-regi
