Windows 11 XPS Writer Not Working in Windows 11 (Resolved)

I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. After upgrading, I found that the XPS Writer was missing. All the research and articles pointed to installing XPS Viewer found under Apps>Optional Features. I found another article that led to a video showing where to enable XPS Writer in Windows 11.
