Windows 10 Yesterday, my laptop installed the recent Windows update and after the udpate I lost all ability to detect or connect to Wifi networks

Yesterday, I installed the most recent Windows system update for my laptop and immediately after the update I was no longer able to detect or connect any Wifi networks. I have tried resetting my Network settings, and using the troubleshooting options available on the laptop itself but I haven't had any luck restoring connectivity. What should I do?
