So my pc was really sluggish and laggy, i decided to install a fresh windows. backed up the important files i had onto an external hard disk. now after installing the fresh windows when i try to get those important files back to my pc i can't, and get an error."You need permission to perform this actionYou require permission from DESKTOP-S48RPGP\lords to make changes to this file"Not just that, but when i even try to open the file, i get an error, "You do not have permission to open this file, see the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission".I have already tried all these fi
