Windows 11 "Your game needs an update" glitch.

Every week or so my call of duty says "your game needs an update" and says 0mb out of 0mb. so then i go to the xbox app and check, it says the same thing, so i always end up having too reinstall my game. if someone could help me prevent this from happening, that would be great
