Windows 11 Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app. (Windows Security)

I recently got a PC (Windows 11) and whenever I try to open my security settings, it does not let me open Virus & Threat Protection. To clarify, there are no other files on the PC besides chrome and I have tried multiple fixes to no avail. I even went as far as to do a full system reset and I still cannot access it. I don't have any other accounts (so no work/school accounts) on the computer and there's no other antiviruses.
