Hi I recently upgraded my pc from and rtx 3060 to an rtx 4070. In preparation I used display driver uninstall to remove all nvidia drivers prior to I stalling the new hardware. I successfully installed my new graphics card, but had to disconnect one of my hard drives (not the windows partitioned drive) it was the oldest of my drives a HDD that I used for game installers. Upon booting my computer I am now unable to sign I greeted with the message 'your pin is no longer available due to a change in security settings windows 11'I tried a fee suggestions on forums, however I can't even access saf
