Windows 10 Your pin is no longer available due to a security change. Requires internet access but I can’t connect PC to the internet. This happened after upgradi

Details, I upgraded from an Gigabyte B350 to ASUS B550-F.When it asked me to reset my tPFM I clicked Y. Afterwards I had a Windows boot up error which I had to use startup repair for. Now that I am at the login screen it says my pin is no longer available due to security changes. Click to setup my pin again but it says I need the internet for this? How am I supposed to access the internet from a brand new motherboard? When I click on the internet icon on the bottom right it only says Airplane Mode. I am lost as to what to do?
